Piano Solo
Article 1
The Association for Creative Development of Children Piccolo from Sremska Mitrovica is organizing the 3th competition of young pianists Piccolo Piano Talents 2023 in the period from March 23 to 26, 2023.
The competition will be realized ONLINE.
Article 2
The competition takes place in the disciplines PIANO SOLO and PIANO DUO (four-handed or two pianos).
Article 3
All regular and part-time students of primary music schools, as well as students who do not attend primary school and are younger than 15, have the right to participate.
Article 4
The members of the jury are chosen from the ranks of eminent pedagogues and pianists from Serbia and abroad.
The decisions of the jury are final and irrevocable.
Article 5
An unlimited number of prizes is awarded in each category, according to the number of points won:
I prize: from 90 to 100 points
II prize: from 80 to 89.99 points
III prize: from 70 to 79.99 points
Praise: 60 to 69.99 points
Only a candidate with at least 98 points can win the title of category winner.
In case two candidates have the same number of points, the younger candidate is ranked higher.
If a member of the jury is related to a competitor he/she must refrain from judging.
Article 6
The winner of each category (minimum 98 points) in the disciplines PIANO SOLO and PIANO DUO receives a cash prize.
Baby category: 50 euros
A category: 100 euros
B category: 150 euros
C category: 200 euros
D category: 300 euros
In the PIANO DUO discipline, the cash prize is in full, for both competitors.
The winner of the entire competition received a bonus of 200 euros.
Prize for the winners according to the votes of the audience (Piano Solo and Piano Duo) is participation without application fee at the Piccolo Piano Talents 2024.
The most successful professor (most first prizes) received a cash prize of 200 euros. Note: If two or more professors have the same number of first prizes, the prize will be divided.
All candidates as well as their professors receive a diploma in electronic form, and the winners of the category receive a special diploma in electronic form.
Article 7
Competitors submit an electronic application that can be downloaded from the competition website.
Along with the application, all candidates submit a scanned (photographed) birth certificate or passport, a photo of the candidate and proof of payment of the donation:
for soloists 3, 600.00 dinars or 30 euros
for piano duo 5, 400.00 dinars or 45 euros
Payments from Serbia should be made to account 160-929326-72 in the name of the competitor and with the purpose of payment: Donation for Piccolo Piano Talents. Recipient name: Udruženje za kreativni razvoj dece "Piccolo". Recipient Adress: Stari šor 105b, 22000 Sremska Mitrovica, Serbia.
Participants from abroad can make a payment via Western Union or Pay Pal useing email piccolopianotalents@gmail.com as well as payment to the foreign currency account of the Association for Creative Development of Children "Piccolo".

Candidate applications are open from February 1 till March 15 , 2022.
In case of cancellation of the candidate's performance, the donation is not returned.
Article 8
The video of the contestant is posted on the You Tube channel with the “Public” or "Unlisted" option marked and comments off. In the description of the video, it is necessary to state the name and surname of the candidate and the program that is being performed.
Sent recordings must not be older than one year. One video is posted on YouTube, although each composition can be recorded separately. Any editing and interruption of the video during one composition is not allowed.
The link of the video must be copied to the electronic application for the competition.
The organizer reserves the right to further use the received material in order to promote the competition.

Piano Solo
Competitors in the discipline of piano solo perform the program by heart, by free choice which contains at least two compositions. The duration of the competition program depends on the category:
BABY category / competitors born in 2016 and younger - up to 4 minutes
A the category / competitors born in 2014 and 2015 - up to 5 minutes
B category / competitors born in 2012 and 2013 - up to 7 minutes
C category / competitors born in 2010 and 2011 - up to 10 minutes
D category / competitors born in 2008 and 2009 - up to 12 minutes
Piano Duo
(one piano four hands or two pianos)
Competitors in the piano duo discipline perform a program of notes of their choice that contains at least two compositions. The duration of the program depends on the category:
BABY category / competitors born in 2014 and younger - up to 4 minutes
A category / competitors born from 2011 to 2013 - up to 8 minutes
B category / competitors born from 2008 to 2010 - up to 12 minutes
